Extremely disappointing experience due to the staff's refusal to provide seating despite ample space being available. The unprofessional and rude behavior left us with no choice but to leave. This level of service is unacceptable and needs urgent improvement. 28:02 at 13:50

It was an amazing experience for me and two of my friends. My friends and I live in three different cities and far cities in England. We get to meet each other in London every 6th or 8th month. So we try to make it worth our while talking about our current life and having some food that we grew up eating. Today we tried Kolapata located in Whitechapel for our dinner and it was an amazing experience for us. The food pricing was good for the proper amount of foods they serve. Met an excellent person and a member of staff named Sajid. He was very quick and attentive to details. Overall it was a great day for us. Thank you! The food we tried: special bhuna khichuri and beef kala bhuna. Firni for desserts.

Kolapata feels like a taste of home away from home. Every time we're in London, we make it a point to visit, and if time is short, we always grab a takeaway before heading back. The service is always warm, friendly, and prompt, making the experience even better.

Recents stuff of these restaurants been really disrespectful recently as if they forgot our bengali culture of getting together and eating and laughing. At times feels like they wanna pretend like posh English people and behave weirdly. We come here to talk and eat not to spend time quietly. Also one day i had my juice with me and they stoppped me and telling me juice is not allowed from outside as if i purposely brought inside the restaurant. The behavior of these restaurants been really shameful and utter disrespectful. I have been going there for more than two years but last few visits been really awful experience and until they changed their behavior i am totally avoiding them and i will suggest people to do so as well.
